Refund Policy

Credit-based generation

Completed video generations consume credits according to the resolution shown in the generator. The required amount is displayed before a task is submitted.

Failed generations

If a paid task fails before producing a usable video, reserved credits are returned to the account automatically. This includes service-side failures, moderation blocks and tasks that finish without a playable output.

This template does not offer a no-cost generation preview. Review the source video and the photo guidance before starting a paid render.

Quality concerns

If a completed video has a clear technical defect, contact support with the task reference and a short description. Quality concerns are reviewed individually; there is no automatic free-regeneration tier and no guarantee of a cash refund when the output is technically complete.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

Contact support as soon as possible if you believe a charge is duplicate or accidental. Include the account email, purchase date, amount and order reference. Requests are reviewed individually, and approved cash refunds are returned through the original payment method when available.

Used credits

Credits already consumed by a completed generation are not refundable for personal preference. A car colour shift caused by the selected scene lighting, a blurred source plate or a photo that does not match the rear three-quarter guidance is not by itself a technical failure.

Chargebacks

Please contact support before starting a payment dispute. A chargeback may pause credit access while the payment is reviewed. Fraudulent or abusive refund activity may result in account restrictions.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable period. Bank and payment-provider timelines may add several business days after the refund is issued.
